Yoga & Brunch at BodyBuddy
Welcome to enjoy a morning that focuses on you and your wellbeing with us! We start off the morning with a soft, flowy yoga that transitions into a yummy yin on the 14th floor to a view of Linnéstaden. After the class we go down to the ground floor and Body Buddy Café for a lovely nutritious brunch together🧡
The class starts at 10am and is about 1h 45min. Afterwards we eat brunch together.
No prior knowledge to yoga is required - come as you are!
Everything is more fun together, so bring your group of friends! If you book 2 or more together, you get a 20% discount! The discount is automatically activated in your shopping cart when you add 2 or more to the order. Write the name and email of the friend(s) and if you gave any food allergies as a comment in the order or email it to hej@rooted.se 🌞

To think about:
- If the class has non-swedish speaking participants it will be held in English.
- If you have any food allergies please email us by lastest Thursday to hej@rooted.se to let us know so we can tell the kitchen. The food at BodyBuddy is always dairy free and gluten free!
- Our YogiDog Freja (a small dachshund) might be present during the class. She is very friendly and will sleep by Alices mat for pretty much the entire class. Though if you are allergic or sensitive it could be a good idea to bring/take antihistamines just in case!

- A yogamat. If you don't have one please email us at hej@rooted.se and we will help sort it out!

Bodybuddy is located by Masthuggskajen. There are parking spaces right next door and the closest tram stop is Masthuggstorget. It is also very easy to walk from Järntorget.
