Rest & Renewal - A day retreat for women 7/12
As the holiday season approaches with all that it brings, we want to invite you to gather in a space for reconnecting with yourself through yoga and grounding in the warmth of community. This women’s retreat is a time to pause, nourish yourself and prepare for the season ahead with intention, calmness and a bit of playfulness.
We will practice playful and flowy vinyasa yoga, invite slow and softness with yin and yoga nidra, gather in a sharing circle to reflect, share thoughts, and set meaningful intentions for the end of the year and the season ahead and enjoy good food in good company.

- Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you're very welcome to bring your own mat if you want to!

The studio is in Spinneriet in Lindome. A beautiful ligt and open space for us to ground an reconnect with ourselves.

Spinneriet is located in Lindome and there is free parking right outside the building.
If you travel by public transport the closest busstop is Annestorpsvägen, Mölndal and from there it is a 5 minute walk to Spinneriet.

IF YOU CAN NO LONGER ATTEND
Your booking is non-refundable, but you have the right to resell your place if you due to unforeseen circumstances cannot make it. Email us who will take over the place: hej@rooted.se
In case of illness, a doctor's certificate is required to receive a full refund.
